An estimated ship date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page. Note that because these dates are estimations, they can sometimes change. If you have a question regarding the status of your pre-order, our customer care team can assist you.

Mixed orders consisting of currently available and pre-order items will be dispatched at two different times, but you will be charged only once for the shipping fees. Orders consisting of pre-order items with different expected ship dates will be shipped together on the latest estimated delivery date.

In any case, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is shipped. The purchase of pre-order items can be made with Credit Card only.

In the event you experience any hardware or structural issues, please bring the product back to the original authorized retailer with proof of purchase for repair assessment or contact customer care. This limited warranty does not cover standard wear and tear, misuse, or theft. alexanderwang does not provide repair service or replacement for products purchased from off-price or unauthorized retailers.

We recommend that you treat all items with care as natural wear can occur. When not in use, store accessories in the protective dust bag received with purchase in a cool, dry place. We are happy to offer price adjustments on items purchased online within seven days from the time you receive your order. Items are only eligible for price adjustment if the exact style, size, and color remains in stock at time of request. All approved price adjustments will be credited to the original form of payment within ten business days.

We are unable to offer price adjustments on items originally purchased on sale or during any special promotion where items are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.
